Dave is a long-standing instructor at Atkin Grant & Lang, having been involved with the ground for over a decade. He prides himself on delivering high-quality, safety-focused lessons and experiences. As an experienced game shooter, Dave’s instruction places emphasis upon gun safety, adherence to shooting protocols, and, where relevant, the etiquette of game shooting — particularly for those new to the sport. He takes a structured approach, guiding participants through the fundamentals of shotgun handling and target engagement before introducing more advanced, individualised techniques for complex scenarios. With a strong focus on the psychological side of shooting, Dave helps participants build confidence and develop a calm, disciplined mindset that supports consistent performance and long-term progress.
